Work Status

Have you ever been in an environment where, you are being shunned for refusing to do someones job when you are swamped with yours.

Have you ever been shunned for trying to do the right thing.

I am.

Some of my colleagues are no longer on speaking terms with me; I am just being a professional. I come into the office, I greet them and get to work. No more fraternizing.

I tried to sort things out with the youngest of them but well, hit a brick wall.

Its not fun but its the situation I have found myself in and am making the best of it.

They mock me behind my back everyday but, I turn a deaf ear to it. 

Wish me luck in wading through all this mess.
